Yes. The first conversation is a fit assessment, not a paid engagement. Its purpose is to establish whether any program on this site suits your situation before either side commits further.
I'm not sure which program fits. Can I still reach out?
Yes. Leave the program field on the form set to "Not sure yet, advise me" and describe your goal, timeline, and rough budget instead. Matching you to a jurisdiction is part of what the first call is for.
